The Eau Gallie Yacht Basin is located on the west side of the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW) in Melbourne and has been providing dockage in Melbourne, FL to boaters since 1896. There are 60 modern slips accommodating boats up to 75 feet in one of most protected harbors in Florida. Each slip provides:
- 30 amp and 50 amp electric service
- Bathroom & showers
- Pumpout service
- Internet/Wi-Fi
Fee Schedule
Annual Rate:

- $18 – $20/ft per month with a booking of 12 months
- Larger slips (over 42’) are priced on a per slip basis
- Security deposit required
- 50 amp or dual 30 amp cords: $50/month
- Electric fee for live aboard, AC, or heat usage: $100/month
Included:
- 15/30 amp electric
- Water usage
Live Aboard Fees:
- $250/month for one person and one car
- $50/month extra per person/car
Transient Dockage
- Available for boats up to 70 feet long with a draft up to 7 feet
- Rates are $2 per foot per day
- Free pump out
- 30 amp electric and water included
- 50 amp or 100 amp service is $5 per night
- Slips 6, 7, 8, and 9 accommodate 1 – 65+ foot boats or 2 – 35+ foot boats
Other slips are available upon request when not in use.
